In a world where disparity continues and many find it hard to fulfil their basic needs, HAAC HOPE NPC represents the strength of humanity, resilience, and unwavering support. Since 1982, its founder has dedicated himself to alleviating the struggles of those most vulnerable.
The COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated the hardships faced by countless individuals, leaving many impoverished. In response, HAAC HOPE NPC was established and formed a volunteer team to provide assistance where hope appeared to be fading.
The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.
