Helping each other can make world better
In a world where disparity continues and many find it hard to fulfil their basic needs, HAAC HOPE NPC represents the strength of humanity, resilience, and unwavering support. Since 1982, its founder has dedicated himself to alleviating the struggles of those most vulnerable.
The COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated the hardships faced by countless individuals, leaving many impoverished. In response, HAAC HOPE NPC was established and formed a volunteer team to provide assistance where hope appeared to be fading.

"What matters in life is not just the fact that we have existed. It is the impact we have made on others’ lives that will define the importance of the life we live."
At HAAC HOPE NPC, compassion is not merely a term; it is a commitment to action. Through food distribution programs, clothing drives, and care package deliveries, the organisation guarantees that those experiencing hardship receive vital resources to survive.
However, survival extends beyond food and clothing; it includes dignity and the acknowledgment that someone cares. Therefore, free counselling services are available, offering emotional and psychological assistance to those facing life’s toughest obstacles.
"No one is born with hatred for another person... Hatred is learned, and if it can be learned, so too, can love."
The essence of HAAC HOPE NPC is characterised by love, commitment, and enthusiasm. It’s not solely about delivering immediate assistance; it’s also about reinstating dignity, nurturing self-sufficiency, and empowering individuals to reconstruct their lives. The organisation is grounded in the conviction that every individual deserves a chance, every person deserves compassion, and every community deserves hope.
"May your decisions reflect your aspirations, not your anxieties."
HAAC HOPE NPC’s vision is ambitious and transformative: a community where all individuals are treated fairly, where chances are plentiful, and where poverty does not dictate one’s destiny. It imagines a world where diversity is honoured, communities thrive, and each person has the opportunity to lead a meaningful life.
However, survival extends beyond food and clothing; it includes dignity and the acknowledgment that someone cares. Therefore, free counselling services are available, offering emotional and psychological assistance to those facing life’s toughest obstacles.
